Our service includes:

• Matching you with attorneys based on your case details and location
• Facilitating initial contact between you and attorney partners
• Providing general information about car accident claims

We do not guarantee that you will be matched with an attorney, that an attorney will accept your case, or that your case will be successful.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Important: By using our services, you do NOT create an attorney-client relationship with Call A Pit Bull. We are not a law firm and cannot provide legal advice or representation.

An attorney-client relationship is only formed when you enter into a written agreement directly with an attorney we connect you with. Any legal advice or representation you receive will come from the attorney you choose to hire, not from Call A Pit Bull.

4. Eligibility and Use Requirements

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and truthful information about your case
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

When you contact us, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself and your car accident. Providing false or misleading information may:

• Result in your inability to be matched with an attorney
• Harm your potential legal case
• Lead to termination of our services to you

You understand that attorneys will rely on the information you provide when evaluating your case, and inaccurate information may affect their willingness to represent you.

6. No Guarantees or Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim any warranties including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees that you will be matched with an attorney
• Guarantees that an attorney will accept your case
• Guarantees regarding the quality of legal services from matched attorneys
• Guarantees about the outcome of your case
• Warranties that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Past results from attorneys in our network do not guarantee future outcomes. Every case is unique, and results depend on specific facts and circumstances.

7. Attorney Independence

All attorneys in our network are independent legal professionals. Call A Pit Bull does not employ attorneys and does not control or direct their legal work. Each attorney:

• Makes their own independent decisions about accepting or declining cases
• Sets their own fees and payment terms
• Is solely responsible for the legal services they provide
• Maintains their own professional liability insurance

Call A Pit Bull is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or professional conduct of any attorney you are matched with.

8. Communication Consent

By using our services, you expressly consent to receive communications from Call A Pit Bull and our attorney partners via:

• Phone calls (including calls using automated dialing systems)
• Text messages
• Email
• Other electronic communications

This consent applies to the phone number and email address you provide, even if that number is on a Do Not Call list. Your consent is not required as a condition of using our services, and you may revoke it at any time by contacting us.

Standard message and data rates may apply for text messages depending on your mobile carrier.

9. Call Recording

We record phone calls for quality assurance, training, and legal compliance purposes. By calling our phone number, you consent to being recorded. These recordings may be shared with attorney partners for case evaluation purposes.

10. Fees and Payment

Our connection service is free to you. You pay nothing to Call A Pit Bull for being matched with an attorney. However:

• If you hire an attorney, you will enter into a separate fee agreement directly with that attorney
• Attorney fees are typically based on a contingency arrangement (a percentage of any settlement or judgment)
• Fee arrangements vary by attorney and case type
• You should review and understand all fee agreements before signing

Call A Pit Bull may receive compensation from attorneys in our network for successful referrals, but this does not affect the cost to you or the services you receive.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call A Pit Bull and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• The actions or omissions of any attorney you are matched with
• The outcome of any legal case
• Any errors or omissions in content on our website
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us (which is $0 for our free connection service).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Call A Pit Bull and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Any information you provide to us or attorney partners

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Call A Pit Bull or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or service marks without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use automated systems to access or scrape our website

14. Third-Party Links
